My room had a super comfy bed with quality linen. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I loved the location. It was right opposite Johnie Walker store and Princes Street.

The are very small cups for coffee in the room. I wish I'd of taken a mug.

Really good apartment stay!!!

awesome fireplace comfortable sleep central location

I was upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment. It was the best hotel apartment experience I've ever had. The fireplace was awesome!!! I slept more comfortably than I have in a while. The location offered central access to tourist attractions and everything I wanted to see.

The lift was quite small.

the staff was very friendly and explained where to park the car. i received a 50% discount from the hotel for the parking. the room was very clean and the beds were comfy. showers were nice and clean also the kitchen livingroom was super clean.

the cups in the room are very small for coffee i wish i had a mug.

artificial smell stained furniture

the room included a coffee machine and a selection of drinks. the view was of a castle.

i found several aspects below standard. the corridor smelled strongly of artificial air fresheners. the lift was small with smeared glass. i also saw stains on the furniture and carpets, along with marks on the bed linen.
